Visitors ask in their language. The narrator answers from your sources only.

We build systems for government and cultural bodies, and a digital narrator that answers visitors in ten languages from content you have approved.

What keeps these teams up at night

  1. Accuracy. One wrong answer in front of a visitor is attributed to the institution, not to the software.
  2. Many languages, few panels. Panels carry one or two languages; visitors arrive from everywhere.
  3. Data and accountability. Where the data lives, who can reach it, and how every action is traced.

What we build

  • A digital narrator for visitor centres. A visitor asks; the narrator replies in its own voice, drawing only on the sources you hand over. → Museum and visitor-centre systems
  • Ten languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Indonesian and Uzbek.
  • Digital characters. The illustrated narrator handles open questions. A video-quality talking character is used for prepared answers.
  • Translation and audio guides. Panel text in ten languages, fully vowelled Arabic scripts, and a listening sheet before delivery. → Voice and languages
  • Cinematic motion films for heritage sites and exhibitions, storyboarded in full before a single shot. → Studio
  • Internal systems shaped around how your organisation works, built in stages. → Custom systems

From our work

We have delivered projects for government and cultural bodies in Saudi Arabia, including the Heritage Commission and the General Authority for Awqaf.

  • A heritage visitor centre: 14 panels in ten languages, from a 151-page translation file.
  • The narrator under test: 13 of 13 automated end-to-end checks passed across ten languages.
  • Response time: the first spoken words now arrive in 1.7 seconds, down from 15, on phones and large screens.

How we work with public bodies

  1. Briefing: we show what is built, and say plainly what is not.
  2. Written proposal: clear stages, each with its own deliverables.
  3. Demos: every stage runs on a test environment before the next begins.
  4. Handover: a guide per role and release notes. Code and data are yours after the final payment.

Key facts

Market: Saudi Arabia · Languages: systems in Arabic and English, narrator in ten · Hosting inside the Kingdom or on your own servers is available on request.

Questions

Will the narrator answer from outside our sources?
It answers from the material you provide, and its replies are protected from revealing its files or system details.
Where is the data hosted, and who can access it?
On our servers, inside the Kingdom, or on yours, as you prefer. Our systems use role-based permissions, two-step sign-in and an audit log.
Can we start with one part?
Yes. We start with a small stage that has a clear result, then build on it.
