Intro
Every company has four levels, and each one loses time in a different place. We don't start with technology. We start with one level and one task, and we measure it before and after.
Level 1: The employee
The problem: tasks that repeat every day and nobody sees: copying data from a message into a file, checking payment receipts, answering the same question ten times. What we build:
- Automation for the task itself, with fewer steps and errors caught before they're saved.
- An assistant that answers staff from the company's own files and policies, and shows the source. From our work: on a learning platform we built, checking a bank-transfer receipt went from 9–10 steps to 3, and adding a new student from about 8 steps to 3. What we measure: how long the task takes and how many steps it needs, before and after. Try it: chat with Qaf, the smart assistant on this site.
Level 2: The manager
The problem: managers hear about problems late, in the weekly meeting or in a spreadsheet sent after the fact. What we build: one dashboard with tasks, requests and numbers, updated by the work itself rather than by a report someone types up. What we measure: how many days pass between a problem and the manager knowing about it.
Level 3: Operations
The problem: the order lives in one system, the invoice in another and the payment in a third spreadsheet. Data gets typed twice and lost between teams. What we build:
- One system that takes an order through to invoice and payment.
- Coming soon in Saudi Arabia: QMM e-Invoicing, to connect e-invoicing to your existing system without changing your software. QMM e-Invoicing What we measure: manual steps between order and payment. Try it: "Is your business in Wave 25?" Check in two minutes
Level 4: The owner
The problem: the numbers exist but sit in different places, and opportunities come up in a meeting and are forgotten. What we build:
- A short weekly report: what changed, and what needs a decision.
- Business development that turns an opportunity into a plan: who follows it up, by when, with what result. What we measure: opportunities written down, each with an owner and a date. Try it: ask for a business development session for your company.
How we start
- A free 30-minute audit of one level: we listen to how the work runs today.
- One measurable task: we propose a small first step and write down how we'll measure it.
- Then the next level: once the first result is visible.
