Systems built around the way you work, not the other way round
We build the systems your company runs its day on: orders, tasks, invoices and reports. Each comes with a guide for every role, and the code and data are yours after the final payment.

The problem
Off-the-shelf software asks you to change how you work to fit it. The result: half the team works in the software, and the other half in spreadsheets.
How we work
- Discovery: we sit with the people who will actually use the system, not just management.
- Stages: we build in stages and show each one on a test environment before the next.
- Testing: automated tests for every core part, and manual checks of the key flows.
- Handover: a user guide for each role, release notes and a file of development proposals.
- After handover: support and development under a clear agreement.

Taking over an existing project
Have a system whose developer has left? We start with a paid review of the code and server, write up its state and what it needs, then decide with you whether to extend it or rebuild a part.
Questions
Can we start with part of the system?
Yes. We build in stages, and each stage works on its own before the next.
Where is the system hosted?
On our servers, or on yours if you prefer.
What if we move to another team later?
The code and data are yours after the final payment, with documentation, so you're never locked in.
Do you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We connect the new system to what you use, or build on top of it.
