A whole contracting company, in one place

We delivered the full company package: identity, company profile, websites and a management dashboard.

• Identity: a complete brand book, plus a usage guide in Arabic.
• Company profile: a document presenting the company, its services and its projects.
• Two websites in Arabic and English: one for the Saudi market (peccontractor.sa) and one for international clients.
• Each site has 16 page types and 27 projects, each with its own page and gallery.
• Quote, consultation and job requests go straight into the dashboard.
• Any text or image on the site can be changed from the dashboard, with no code involved.

The dashboard covers the whole business, in Arabic and English:

• Sales: leads and deal stages up to signing, and a quote straight from the client's page.
• Contracts: a contract register, with an alert before each one expires.
• Finance: invoices and quotes with automatic numbering, 15% VAT and a QR code, prepared for e-invoicing.
• Team: tasks and attachments, shared workspaces and a company notice board.
• "Waiting on me": one inbox per user with everything that needs them.
• Archive: a book for every project, a document library, and a print centre that packs files for the printer.
• Reports: sales, requests, finance and projects, all exportable to Excel.
• An assistant inside the dashboard that answers from the company's own files and drafts reports or quotes.
