These terms apply to every quote issued by Qmm Group (قمم جروب للتحويل الرقمي) ("QMM") that refers to them, and are accepted when the client approves the quote in writing (by any means, including WhatsApp or email) or pays the deposit. The quote prevails over these terms.
- Scope: only what the quote states; anything else needs a new quote or change request.
- Deposit and payments: work starts when the deposit (50% unless the quote says otherwise) is received; the balance follows the quote's milestones. Prices exclude VAT where due.
- Timeline: starts from the later of the deposit and receipt of the client's content and data; client delays extend it equally.
- Revisions: 3 rounds per stage; extra rounds at the agreed rate.
- Approval: a deliverable is approved when the client approves it in writing, uses it, or sends no specific comments within 5 business days.
- Final files and ownership: final files are delivered, and rights in work made specifically for the client pass, after full payment. QMM keeps its tools, templates and generic components and grants a perpetual licence to use them within the deliverable. Previews before payment are watermarked.
- Client content: the client warrants it may use everything it sends.
- Warranty: QMM fixes free of charge any defect in the agreed scope reported within 30 days of delivery; new changes or third-party interference are excluded.
- Recurring services (hosting, domain, email, maintenance): renewed by invoice before the due date; if unpaid 14 days after written notice they may be suspended; QMM is not liable for a domain or data lost through non-renewal after notice.
- Cancellation: if the client cancels after work starts, QMM keeps the value of work done and costs incurred; any remaining deposit is refunded.
- Confidentiality and portfolio: QMM keeps client information confidential and publishes the client's name, logo or work only with consent; it may show the work without anything identifying the client. QMM may place a linked "Developed by QMM Group" footer credit and removes it free of charge on the client's written request.
- Liability: capped at the amount paid under the quote; no indirect loss, to the extent the law allows.
- Law: In Egypt: Egyptian law, competent Cairo courts. In Saudi Arabia: Saudi law, Commercial Courts in Riyadh. Amicable settlement first.
