1. Who we are. qmmgroup.com (the "Site") is operated by Qmm Group (قمم جروب للتحويل الرقمي), a limited liability company (Egypt), CR 279757 (Cairo Investment Commercial Registry Office), 1003 Al Shorouk Tower, Abraj Al Khaleej Compound, Al Bahr Al Azam, Giza, Egypt 3724650, info@qmmgroup.com ("QMM", "we"). Using the Site means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Content. Site content describes our services and products; it is general information, may change without notice, and is not technical, legal, regulatory or tax advice for your case. Prices shown ("from" prices or plans) are indicative and not a binding offer; price, scope and timing are set in a written quote, governed by the quote plus our General Terms of Service or a signed contract. Case studies are published with the client's consent; some work is shown without the client's name for confidentiality; results are specific to each project and not a promise of similar results.
3. Free tools. Tools such as "Check your invoice", "Check your website", preview reports and free samples are for guidance only and provided as-is, by automated analysis of public data or data you give us. Results are indicators, not an approval by any authority (including ZATCA), a full audit or a compliance certificate. "Check your invoice" checks against published technical rules, and the official portal's result may differ; upload only invoices you may share; the file is deleted within 24 hours. Only check a website you own or are authorised to check.
4. "Qaf", our automated assistant. Qaf answers from QMM's published information. Its answers may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not an offer, commitment or advice; the written quote and our team's confirmation prevail. Do not share sensitive data (health, banking, passwords) with it. Conversations and voice recordings are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to hack, disrupt or bypass the Site's protections, scrape it in a burdensome way or for commercial purposes, submit unlawful, misleading or impersonating content, or use our forms to send advertising or spam.
6. Intellectual property. "QMM Group", «قمم جروب», the logos, product names, and the Site's design, text, images, films and voices belong to QMM or its licensors; no copying, republishing or commercial use without written permission. Short quotations with attribution are fine.
7. External links. Links to third-party sites or services (e.g. WhatsApp, payment gateways) are not under our control; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
8. Liability. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the Site, or relying on its content or free tools. Rights that cannot be limited by law are not affected.
9. Changes. We may update these terms and publish the new date above; changes apply from publication.
10. Governing law. In Egypt: Egyptian law and the competent Egyptian courts, without prejudice to your rights under Consumer Protection Law 181/2018 if you are a consumer. In Saudi Arabia: nothing in these terms limits your rights under the E-Commerce Law, the Personal Data Protection Law or any other mandatory law; QMM provides its services to clients in Saudi Arabia remotely from Egypt, and each service is governed by its own contract or quote.
