Three problems teachers tell us about
- Exams that break. The connection drops halfway through, a student complains, and the exam is rerun.
- Receipts until midnight. Each bank transfer is checked by hand in WhatsApp, then logged separately.
- Results that leak. A student who finishes early sees the answers, and passes them on.
What we build
- Exams that hold. Each answer saves on its own, the timer runs on the server, and the exam submits on time.
- Results on your terms. Instantly, after a date, after a number of attempts, or hidden.
- Content in order. The next unit opens only after the exam on the one before.
- Essay marking queue. Written answers wait in one queue for you to mark in turn.
- Payments in one place. Transfer receipts land in one inbox; accept or reject with a ready reason the student can see.
- Run it from your phone. Add a student in seconds, or import the whole sheet with errors flagged before saving.
- Certificates and code cards. Certificates anyone can verify by QR, and printable access-code cards. → Education platforms
For private schools and academies:
- A school website in Arabic and English, with a control panel. → Websites and stores
- Exam digitisation: from paper to exams on the platform.
- A system around how you work: admissions, fees or internal follow-up. → Custom systems
One of our clients: Taba, an educational endowment and training institute in Saudi Arabia (Madinah), with branches in Egypt. We built tabateba.com and ktabaa.com, and we host and support both. → Our clients and projects
What we measured in testing
- Reviewing a transfer receipt: 3 steps instead of 9–10.
- Adding a student: 3 steps instead of about 8. Signing up: 4 taps instead of about 11.
- 326 automated server tests, and 116 dashboard pages checked on 8 screen sizes until no layout issue remained.

Questions
Who is the platform for: the teacher or the parent?
The teacher or the centre. You own the account and manage your students, content and payments. You can add a parents' portal where guardians follow their children's results, view-only, so they ask you less.
What do we get at the start?
A copy in your logo, colours and domain, your students imported, printable code cards and a training session.
How do students pay?
By mobile wallet, with a code card, or by bank transfer with a receipt you review.
Can you build our school a website and a system together?
Yes. We start with what you need first and set out the stages and timeline in a written proposal.
