Ask your files. Every answer shows where it came from.
Your team uploads policies, contracts and manuals once. After that, anyone can ask a question and get an answer from those files, with the file name and the passage it relied on.

The problem
The answer is written down somewhere, but nobody knows where. So people ask a colleague, or answer from memory.
What's in the product
- Chat. Staff ask in their own words and get a reply that names the file and quotes the passage.
- Passage search. Type a term and see every passage where the idea appears.
- 'Not found'. If the answer isn't in your files, it says so instead of guessing.
- Admin panel. Upload, update and remove files in one place.
- API. Put the assistant inside a system your team already uses.
How we start
- A demo on your files. 3 to 5 files, in a test environment, deleted afterwards.
- A pilot in one department. Around 100 test questions, and a success criterion agreed in writing first.
- Go-live. An hour of training, a user guide, and a panel of the questions it couldn't answer.
- Monthly report. What was asked, what was answered, and which files are missing.

Questions
Does it give page numbers?
It shows the file and the passage. Page numbers depend on how each file was prepared, so we don't promise them.
Will it answer from outside our files?
No. It answers only from your files, and tells you when it can't find something.
What happens to the demo files?
They stay in a test environment and are deleted after the demo.
