How many of your Saudi staff don't count towards Nitaqat?
QMM Comply will match each employee's records across Qiwa, Mudad and GOSI, and flag every mismatch before it becomes a problem.

The problem
Since 15 April 2026, a Saudi employee whose contract isn't documented on Qiwa doesn't count towards Nitaqat. Many companies only find out who those employees are once their ratio has already dropped.
What it will do
- Import. Read the export files your company already downloads from Qiwa, Mudad and GOSI.
- Match. Compare each employee across all three: contract, wage, job title and start date.
- Rank the gaps. An undocumented contract, or a wage that differs between Mudad and GOSI, sorted by risk.
- Show the effect. Simulate your Nitaqat ratio if each item is fixed.
- Alert in time. Before the Mudad payroll file is due, and before contracts expire.
- Report. A monthly summary for the owner and a task list for HR.
The mockup
Mockup with a fictional company; names and numbers are not real.
Who sees what
- HR officer: the tasks to clear.
- Manager: the ratio and open items.
- Owner: the risk and the decision.
